Idyllic and traditional restaurant with charm is looking for new tenants (modernized).

The object is a very well-known restaurant with a lot of charm, which is currently brought by us optically and technically to the most modern state. For more than 35 years it has been a family property and has earned a reputation for a traditional gastronomy with good cuisine and hearty service. It is also a popular and popular excursion destination due to its location at the edge of the village.

The restaurant is divided into several dining rooms, so that the individual areas have a comfortable size. Large bright floor tiles (60x60), brightly plastered walls and ceilings and a completely new lighting technology will let the rooms shine in a new glow, while retaining the charm. The completely new installation of the toilet facilities, including a disabled-friendly WC, will round off the new and modern optics. The core-sized large kitchen will be visible through glass elements in some areas, so that guests can at any time take a look at the cooking areas. In the cellar, which can also be reached by a separate entrance, is the bowling alley, a guest room with its own bar (weddings, birthdays, private company, etc.) and the separate toilet facilities.

The usable area of ​​the restaurant is 457 sqm. The beer garden offers space for 120 guests, the restaurant has almost 200 seats. The complete decoration can be taken over. The kitchens and the counter were completely removed, so that the new lessee can implement his ideas to 100%. The rental period is possible from April 2017 onwards. A short-term agreement with the new tenant is possible and desirable, as we are able to carry out or alter many things according to the tenant's wish. The fire protection was on our part brought up to date and accepted by the building authorities and the fire department.
